Trim for Life combines charting of your daily weight trend, with a high protein diet that will help you shed the pounds quickly.
Trim for Life features:
- Daily Weight Log: You can put you weight here in pounds, stones or kilograms. As weights only vary by one or two pounds each day, whole pounds or kilograms are entered with a single wheel, which means no typing, and no fiddling with multiple wheels. But if you have a more accurate scale, you can also enter fractional pounds or kilograms if you want. Each day Trim for Life will tell you if you are above or below your weight trend. Being below the trend means you are making good progress.
- Logging of BFP: Some electronic scales measure your body fat percentage. Trim for Life lets you keep track of your progress.
- Weight chart: Presents you with a graph of your daily weights for a week, month, quarter or year. More importantly it also plots the trend in your weight. This cuts out the daily fluctuations and lets you see whether you are losing weight in the longer term.
- Food list: This is the secret for losing weight with Trim for Life. Some foods will satisfy your hunger for a lot less calories than others. The food list gives you a guide to what the best of these foods are. There's a selection of basic foods stuffs built in, but you can add your own foods and Trim for Life will calculate how beneficial they are for your diet.
